Webshape Design was founded in 2015 by John Lawley with a simple belief: a website should be your hardest-working business tool, not a digital brochure that sits there looking pretty.

John founded Webshape in 2015 after a career in media production at Wise Buddah, where he worked with brands including the BBC, Disney, and Nintendo. That background in storytelling and audience understanding shapes how we approach every website — strategy first, design second. John leads on client relationships, creative direction, and making sure every project delivers measurable results.
Tugce manages client communications, project coordination, and marketing across our channels. She's the person who keeps projects running smoothly and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks — from content preparation and competitor research to keeping you updated at every stage of your build.
